All rates are subject to change without notice, please check prior to making your booking.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, either by Direct Deposit, MasterCard, VisaCard or Amex. We accept all major credit cards except Diners' cards. Payments via American Express will incur a 2% surcharge due to higher Merchant bank charges imposed on the Retreat.

The balance is payable at check-in either by Cash, Eftpos, MasterCard, VisaCard or Amex.

We do not accept cancellations within 7 days of arrival, the balance of your booking will be incurred.

If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is not refundable.

Deposit is refundable (less an admin fee of 10%) if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is from 2pm on day of arrival and check-out by 10:00am on day of departure.

Guests will be charged for repair/replacement cost for damage to cottage furnishings/fittings during their stay.

For the protection of our native wildlife, no pets are allowed at Kurrara

No Smoking is allowed in the Cottages (Ashtrays are provided on the verandahs)

Min. 2 night booking on Weekends & min. 3 night booking on Long Weekends

No Show Policy - if you do not cancel your booking you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
